IRN Home Care was founded in 1995 in Denver, Colorado by a local family with one true goal and declaration that non-medical home care can be delivered in a compassionate and professional manner, exceeding clients’ expectations while keeping the client, caregiver, and their family in the forefront of our decisions.
We serve those who are acutely ill, are temporarily disabled, and those who require short or long-term home care services. From Personal Care Providers to Homemakers, to IHSS (In-Home Support Services) we offer the most comprehensive range of non-medically skilled home care services in the metro Denver area.
OUR TEAM
Ever since our founding in 1995 we have conducted extensive training with our caregivers through IRN University where they participate in classroom education sessions held in our own training center, and caregiver labs where they gain valuable hands-on practice.
IRN University is one the most comprehensive training programs available in the Metro Denver area. With this training, our caregivers are qualified and prepared to assist you with a range of complex care needs.

COLORADO HOME CARE SERVICES
Medicaid Home Care
This Colorado Medicaid program helps elderly, blind and disabled people to safely remain in their own homes when they are not able to fully care for them selves or handle routine household tasks.
IHSS Services include:

bathing, skin care, hair care, nail care, mouth care, shaving, dressing, feeding, ambulation, assistance with exercise, transfers, positioning, bladder care, bowel care, medication reminding, respiratory care, accompanying to medical appointments and protective oversight.

In-Home Care
We come to you so that your loved one can remain at home or in the place they feel most comfortable whether that’s an apartment, residence, assisted living community, or retirement home, our caregivers will be there to help.
Once there, we care for your loved one and can also help by preparing nutritious meals, handling light housekeeping, helping to schedule and transport the older adult to appointments and support a range of care needs including incontinence care and personal hygiene.
Alzheimer’s Care
Our caregivers receive extensive dementia-care training to help your loved one no matter what stage of disease they are living with. With our comprehensive, whole-person care approach we are dedicated to keeping your loved one calm, safe, and comfortable by meeting their physical and emotional needs and finding meaningful ways to connect and engage with every older adult we serve. We want to enhance their quality of life and help them live as independently as possible.
Post Hospital Care
Our caregivers routinely help seniors who are recovering at home after a stay in the hospital or rehabilitation facility. We can prepare nutritious meals, transport the older adult to follow-up medical appointments, provide medication and therapy reminders and meet other needs so your loved one can rest and focus on healing and getting stronger. Our qualified caregivers are also trained to be on the lookout for any complications, such as infection around surgical wounds or signs of any drug interactions, to help prevent serious complications before they arise. Professional caregivers help older adults avoid the hospital re-admissions that are common for so many seniors.
